Weston leads strategy and enterprise development for Aspen One. Weston brings wide-ranging experience from his time in investment banking, private equity, and strategy consulting. He has partnered with companies ranging from venture stage to Fortune 500 on growth strategy, operational improvement, investment prioritization, M&A, partnerships, and strategic planning.  

Prior to Aspen One, Weston most recently led Strategy & Investment Analysis on behalf of the Office of the Chairman of a large family investment office. Previously, he served as Director of Global Strategy at Mars Wrigley where he worked with globally recognized brands leading strategic initiatives and integrated value creation planning. He has also held leadership roles with The Boston Consulting Group and the operations arm of Vista Equity Partners.   

Weston holds degrees in finance, economics, and philosophy from the University of Iowa and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
