Chief Finance Officer, Aspen One

Kevin is the CFO of Aspen One and a veteran senior executive who has cultivated his career over the past 25 years in the ski, hospitality, and real estate industries, developing an expertise in operations, real estate development, capital markets, and M&A. Prior to Aspen One, Kevin spent several years with Northland Properties, initially as Executive Vice President and CFO, where he oversaw 65+ hotels, 170+ restaurants, and two ski resorts—Revelstoke and Grouse Mountain, and more recently as the President of Northland Living, its Real Estate Development Division.  

Before joining Northland, Kevin was the Executive Vice President & CFO with two separate organizations: Intracorp Projects Ltd, a privately held real estate development company, and Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. While at Whistler Blackcomb, he successfully led the organization through its initial public officing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE).  At Intracorp, Kevin oversaw the execution and development of 4,500 residential units across 48 projects in Canada and the US with total project value of approximately $6 billion.   

Kevin also had a 12-year tenure with Intrawest Corporation, which at the time was the largest developer and operator of resort properties in North America. While at Intrawest, he progressed rapidly through several senior financial roles at two resorts and the head office, including three years as Director of Finance for Copper Mountain, CO. His final role with Intrawest was as the corporate CFO for the Resort Operations Group. Kevin started his long-standing financial management career at Deloitte in Vancouver.   

Kevin is a FCPA, FCA, and currently sits on various boards, including YVR Airport Authority, and he previously held a 4-year term as a Board member and the Audit Committee Chair for the University of British Columbia’s Board of Governors.  In 2020, Kevin was awarded a Fellowship by the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia in recognition for distinguished service and leadership to the CPA profession and the greater community.
