Lisa leads all employee related functions for Aspen One. Lisa brings more than twenty-five years of experience in human resources across a wide-range of industries; including hospitality, retail, and ski resorts. She has held executive roles in multiple companies, crafting and executing on HR plans that drive business results. 

Lisa has worked in various leadership roles at Aspen One, serving as the Director of Total Rewards, Senior Director of HR, VP of HR, and her current role as Head of HR. Previously, she held key HR positions for Dolce Hotels, Wyndham Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels.  She has received multiple awards throughout her career for consistently delivering results on key strategic business initiatives.  She was also recognized for her leadership efforts by the School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University.

Lisa received her Master’s degree from Penn State University in Human Resources and Employee Relations, her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Commercial Recreation, and recently graduated from the Chief Human Resources Officer program at the Wharton School through the University of Pennsylvania.  Lisa also holds the designation as a Senior Professional of Human Resources and the Certified Benefits Professional through World at Work.
