As COO of ASPENX, Darcy leads Aspen One’s premier retail and experience brand of high-performance mountain wear, elevated rental service, and transformational experiences. Darcy has a wide range of retail, merchandising, product and marketing experience, leading brands across apparel, footwear, activewear, food, beauty, and entertainment.  

Most recently, Darcy was Head of Amazon Music Merchandise, leading the $700MM artist fashion and physical music businesses where she launched several top artist fashion lines and a global tour merchandise brand working with top artists like Billie Eilish and Beyonce. She also launched new shoppable livestream features across Prime Video, Amazon Music app, and Twitch that led the way for integrated shopping features as part of Amazon’s broader entertainment strategy.  

Previously, Darcy held leadership roles at Nike, including leading the North America Nike Factory Store business of over 200 stores and $3B in retail sales annually. She introduced new product lines, merchandising strategies, and data science techniques resulting in double digit growth. She also held roles in Global Marketplace Operations where she developed innovative operations capabilities for Nike’s DTC businesses. Previously, Darcy was the GM of Prestige Beauty at, a former Target Corporation subsidiary, where she launched new categories across skincare, cosmetics, and haircare driving $155MM in revenue.  

Darcy began her career at Target Corporation where she held multiple roles across merchandising, buying, planning, and supply chain. She earned a BBA in Accounting at University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
