With over two decades of apparel industry leadership experience spanning various global markets, Cathey Curtis is a seasoned marketing professional who has lived and worked in North America, Asia, and Europe. Renowned for her insightful approach to brand-led marketing strategies, the intersection of purpose and business, and the dynamics of athlete and influencer marketing, Curtis is a leader with a holistic and impactful approach within the dynamic landscape.
Before joining Aspen One as Chief Marketing Officer, Curtis served as CMO at women’s apparel brand, Z SUPPLY, where she leveraged her expertise in strategic brand building, e-commerce growth, content, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, customer loyalty, digital strategy, product development, and sustainability initiatives to drive growth and conversion globally.
Prior to Z SUPPLY, she held senior roles at major international brands, including Americas General Manager and Global Head of Sustainability for Quiksilver, Roxy, and Billabong.
Beyond her corporate roles, Curtis’ commitment to making a positive impact is evident through her non-profit work in Cambodia, where she founded an organization dedicated to serving children, as well as assisting the Surfrider Foundation in their lobbying efforts to mitigate the coastal impact of climate change.
Curtis has always had a passion for the outdoors, initially falling in love with mountain life and snowboarding in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You can find her snowboarding (now at Aspen Snowmass), surfing, and spending time with her partner, Todd, and their daughter, Zoe, along with the family’s Sheepadoodle, Jordan.
